I've been tagged. Again. This time, by my dear friend, the gifted
antipodes .
I could just say "Sorry. I've gotta quit for now. Mom's calling me in for dinner."
Or I could say "You can't tag me. I'm on 'safe' or 'gool' or 'glue' or whatever the tag-free zone is called today."
Or I could just play dead.
But, no, I won't do that. I'm just going to bend the rules to serve my purpose.
Like Skeletor.
That's right. I'm an evil mastermind with a very funny voice and a sinister laugh.
How will I bend the rules to serve my purpose?
Instead of telling you six things you may not know about me, I shall tell you six things you may not know about...well...me and my podcast.
1) I host a weekly podcast on Saturdays called
The RuckuS.
2)
The RuckuS runs roughly 30 minutes and features an eclectic mix of podsafe music following a new theme each week. (Last week was jazz, the week before was indie rock, and this week is alt rock.)
3) All of the artist/track information for each show can be found at
theruckus.blogspot.com.
4) Not only can you download individual episodes by clicking the title entries on
theruckus@blogspot page, but you may also subscribe for automatic downloads
with or
without iTunes.
5) This week's episode,
[altoiditive], is special for two reasons. First, the theme is influenced by the suggestion of
drunknphilosphr , who generously applauded my
[indieed] episode and requested I throw together another indie rock edition. The result - today's alt rock episode. (Thanks again for the feedback, DP!) It also features a somewhat silly surprise for a few more of my Mindsay friends.
6) I hate grocery shopping on weekends because the crowds try my patience.
Please check out the show and let me know what you think about it.
Or as Skeletor-like, perhaps I should say "Listen, you fools, for my powers are beyond your understanding!"
...
Nah. I wouldn't say that.
But because my powers
are beyond your understanding, I'm not going to tag anyone else today.
Enjoy the show! [tR]
