Accident @ MindSay
My car accident was almost one month ago and I am still in a lot of pain. My neck and clavicle are killing me still. I am also still in the walking boot for my broken toe but my doctor said I can put a shoe on next friday. However, if the pain doesn't stop soon, I don't see me in a shoe. We also found out that we had gap insurance which paid off our entire loan for the car. We had just bought it in June. We were able to get another one. I am hoping once I am done with doctor's and physical therapy, the lawsuit from the accident will go quickly but that will depend on whether or not the insurance company will settle and Allstate doesn't like to settle. So, keep your fingers crossed.
Mentally, I am doing really well. I haven't done this well in years. I am getting ready to hit my six month mark with no self-injurious behavior. Ever since I left the agency I went to for over ten years I have done so much better. I don't have a therapist right now but I really don't have a lot of time to look or even go but I am also doing ok with not going. I am suppose to see my old psychiatrist next month but really don't want to see him anymore. My medical doctor has been looking for a doctor but hasn't had any luck yet.
My job is going really well too. I am done with training on cash which has been challenging. I open by myself on Friday and I am hoping I have no problems. I have really struggled with this because I am dealing with so much money. Believe me, it is easy to get confused. LOL We are hiring our Christmas associates now so we have more new people around the store. I am hoping I get more hours because I could really use them.
Other than that, I am just trucking along. Now, I must head to physical therapy.
Municipal Judge Debra J. Gelson suspended 60 days of the sentence providing Smith performs 500 hours of community service consisting of visiting sick children at hospitals.
Smith, who grew up in this town about 20 miles east of Trenton, was taken to county jail Tuesday night to begin serving his sentence.
"He's 23 years old; he's a tough kid and he's going to do these four weeks and come out a better person," said Kevin Hextall, an attorney representing Smith.
Gelson also suspended Smith's license for two years, to begin next March after Smith's current license suspension expires.
Smith, who didn't comment after the sentencing, expressed regret at causing the accident that killed his friend, 21-year-old Andre Bell of East Orange, in June 2007.
"It's been unbearable to deal with," he said to the court. "I am deeply sorry. I never intended for this to happen. It tears me up that it went down like that."
Nuggets vice president of basketball operations Mark Warkentien released a statement Tuesday night.
"We will continue to support J.R. during this difficult period and will have no further comment at this time," he said.

Avarage Saturday Stunt
Seeing as how I got up stupidly early, without the aid of an alarm - I used this time to my advantage, cleaned my room, hoovered it all out, took a shower and restarted my save on Bully.
I've decided I'm not satisfied with completing the game with 97% - unable to gain the 100% because of the poxy glitch. So, I'll take all precautions against the glitch and own this game... Mwah.
I'm so glad to have a 3-day weekend, what with it being May Day on Monday, we have a bank holiday.
College is absolutley doing my tits in at the moment.

I'd gotten to around 7% in, and was at the final two missions on chapter 1 - Ashleigh arrives.
She sits on the bed beside me, talks to me while she watches me complete one of the missions.
Shelly arrived afterwards and joined us.
Once chapter 1 was complete, I made myself a King Pot Noodle - chicken and mushroom - the only flavour I'll eat, though the new donner kebab flavour they've brought out sounds rather tempting.
Ashleigh is an absolute monster for pasta products. If she's not eaten before she comes, I'll always do her Super Noodles or Pasta N Sauce.
Today she opted for bacon noodles.
Both Shelly and Ashleigh were surprised at the amount of EXTRA soy sauce I add to my Pot Noodles.
One sachet is not enough. I must slosh in a good 1/5 of a bottle as well.
We only keep soy sauce in the cupboard for me to add to Pot Noodles. It has no other purpose. :)

Ashleigh and I played on World Tour.
Shelly didn't feel she ought to play - because I wanted to play guitar for a change.
I'm always lumbered singing or on drums recently. - And Ashleigh is a stubborn cow, she refuses to let go of Whitey guitar.
I said I'd go on vocals if she desparatley wanted to play - but as usual, she cut off her nose to spite her face.
So sod her, I thought - played 6 songs with Ashleigh, me on lead, her on bass.
We were very easily bored by this lark - so I asked them if they wanted to see the ending to Resident Evil 4.
I was killed previously at the section with the helicopter blowing up all the enemy barracks - but I was careful this time. By careful, I mean that I didn't run out into the gunfire and the explosions.
I soon got past that part - and I FINALLY got to see the little cut-scene I've always wanted to.
When I watched Ian play, he was attacked, we didn't see quite what happened - but all we heard was silly cow Ashley proclaim: "YOU PERVERT!!"
I saw how it happens when it happened to me.
I was knocked back by some monsters - when I was getting up, I brushed against Ashley's backside with my machine gun - and she said the famous line.
The three of us pissed at it. :)
Oh, and Lord Saddler is a lot easier than expected.
Resident Evil 4 sure does love the theme of EYEBALLS when it comes to bosses.
You tear out the eyeball of the first boss - and Saddler and Salazar, you need to shoot eyeballs on their body before you can get their weak spot.
Weird.
Oh lmao - and Ada did her Resident Evil 2 trick - throwing down a rocket launcher in the final boss fight.
We were all like "LOL, RESI 2! GREASY ADA!" - the usual shite we come out with. :)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I made 3 different meals for us all - with slight crossovers.
Grillsteaks and pasta for me, drummers and pasta for Ash and drummers and Rosti for Shelly.
We watched a few episodes of The Catherine Tate Show downstairs.
We recently discovered it's something we all like. I have all 3 series on DVD - so that was easily sorted.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ashleigh went at her new time of 7.
Damn this "family time".
I like watching Britain's Got Talent too - but I don't care who I watch it with. Meh.
Shelly stayed with me.
Of course, we didn't watch BGT this week - we were preoccupied with other things. :)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
As Shelly was leaving - she fell down the stairs.
I was still on the landing, and all I heard was this collossal CRASH.
I go to the stairs and see Shelly sprawled out on the mat in front of the door.
I offered to help her up - but she was in too much pain to accept my offer.
I didn't like seeing her hurt, knowing there was nothing I could do to help her.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
She later rang me and said she'd been to hospital - they found she's fractured the side of her foot.
Typical Shelly, that is. :P
I hope she'll be alright.
Adenhart, 22, died after undergoing surgery, University of California, Irvine Medical Center spokesman John Murray said.
A fourth person remained hospitalized in critical condition.
The Angels confirmed Adenhart's death in a statement and said no other members of the Angels organization were involved in the accident.
"The Angels family has suffered a tremendous loss today. We are deeply saddened and shocked by this tragic loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Nick's family, friends' loved ones and fans," general manager Tony Reagins said.
The team said Adenhart was survived by his parents, Jim and Janet.
"He lived his dream and was blessed to be part of an organization comprised of such warm, caring, and compassionate people," the family said in a statement issued through the team.
"The Angels were his extended family. Thanks to all of Nick's loyal supporters and fans throughout his career. He will always be in everyone's hearts forever."

A gallon of milk (enclosed in a plastic container), when dropped from a height of about four feet, will explode.
(By the way - this one wasn't my fault.)
