8 Months Later @ MindSay

Don't You Just Love How People Create a Blog Just to Tell You Off?

Some of you may or may not remember back on June 25, 2005 I did a post about Tom Cruise's now infamous interview with Matt Lauer.  Eight months later some guy under the safe cloak of anonymity decides to reply to the post about how disgusted he is with me. Oh my, I may just whither and die now! Not only did he reply to the Tom Cruise post, he basically repeated himself and replied to my latest Mardi Gras post, 'just in case I didn't read his first reply.'  All I can say is Tom Cruise isn't the only one whose "fucking nuts"!

Re: Your ignorance is astounding
He is not crazy, psychiatry IS a pseudo-science and he was also right in saying it doesn't solve any problems it just masks them so they can come out later. Think about it logically, if these so called "chemical imbalances" are problems with a person's brain, then shouldn't a neurologist be the one to diagnose them? Neurology is a science, but psychiatry is not.

Neurology studies the physical structure of the brain, while psychiatry purports to study the intangible products of that physical brain, such as thought, imagination and behavior. These are things that cannot be measured or weighed or, with the exception of behavior, even observed.

Your comments are extremely offensive, i.e. "The guy is nucking futs right now!". Using such highly technical terms as that </sarcasm> it's no surprise that you think tom is manic. Don't try to mix up psychiatry and psychology together because they are two very different fields. One is about coercion and manipulation and the other is actually about helping people discover themselves and live meaningful lives. Cruise never denounced psychology so leave that out of it.

Get your facts straight before you post any more ignorance on the internet for impressionable people to see.

Where is that block feature when you need it?
