Afro's and Roller Skates... Good times.

Hey ladies and gentleman, time to get far-out and funky because it’s 70’s time again! This time around I chose some more well known booty-shakin’ tracks that you, yes YOU used to wear out those old steel needles on.

Ah, but no wear to worry about… hell, no track changing to worry about for that matter! I have taken 16 wonderful Diss-ko songs and adjusted them just so; now they all play one right after the other in a flawless progression. Yep, it’s like one long song consisting of all the other songs that you like. Pretty sweet deal huh?

Plus it has a totally awesome title… it’s called: “If It Feels Good, Do it”.

Solid, Jackson.

It was painstakingly assembled by yours truly… you can call me Ray, or you can call me Jay… Ha, I’m just kidding. You can actually refer to me as either DJ Maru or Killerjunglist. Or “the” Killerjunglist. That last one is your call.

Let’s take a look over hear, where the song list is:

(Please note: Song title is first, followed by artist)

  1. Boogie Oogie Oogie – A Taste of Honey
  2. I Love the Nightlife (Disco ‘round) – Alicia Bridges
  3. Sensitivity (Extended album version) – The Shapeshifters
  4. Shootin’ the Grease – Jessie Graham Plus 3
  5. Ring my Bell – Anita Ward
  6. September – Earth, Wind and Fire
  7. Everybody Dance – Chic
  8. Let’s Go ‘Round Again – Average White Band
  9. It’s a Disco Night (Rock Don’t Stop) – Isley Brothers
  10.  Lay All Your Love on Me – ABBA
  11. Rasputin – Boney M
  12. You Make Me Feel (Mighty Real) – Sylvester
  13.  Dance to the Music – Sly and the Family Stone
  14.  Can You Feel the Force – The Real Thing
  15. I Feel Love – Donna Summer
  16. Can You Feel It – The Jacksons

Stinger: Just a rumor

Total running time is approximately 40 minutes. While that may not be enough to keep your discothèque packed all night long, it is a pretty perfect length for your lunch break or commute to work.

So come on, man. Break out that dusty old El Dorado (yes, the one that leaks oil and needs a new starter), roll down the windows and crank the tunes. If you don’t have the ladies all over you in a matter of minutes, then I owe you a coke*.

Love WILL Keep Us Together.....
Is it just me or does the absence of microphones mean they're lip-synching? And just where are the drums? Lol, Daryl Dragon was good but I don't think he was that good. Were there techno drums then? Either way you can't beat this song for nostalgia...

It's a good day everybody, my cat made a cat friend, it's sunny, it's warm we all have each other. Have a blessed weekend ~peace~

Barry Manilow and the Copacabana
This video is not exactly what I wanted but it's all they had at youtube (at least it was all I could find). How could we ever forget Barry Manilow? I guarantee this song will run through your mind all day... but didn't all the songs from the 70's do that? That would be why they're still in my brain, lol.
