Man, it amazes me just how bitchy 50 Cent can be sometimes.

The Times Union of Albany (New York) is reporting that 50 Cent, Timbaland, Wyclef Jean, and Mary J. Blige have been cited in a steroid investigation by Albany’s District Attorney. From the AP:

“Records shared with the Times Union and information from several cooperating witnesses on Long Island indicate the celebrities received prescribed human growth hormone or steroids. In some cases aliases were used for their delivery.”

Similar to pro sports, it’s not surprising to see celebrities getting caught up in the steroid game.  With videos continuing to get racier, they are under pressure to look better and keep up with the competition. 

Of the stars cited in the report, I have to say Timbaland is probably the one with the most visible changes.  I remember him as being a little bit pudgy, but at the VMAs this year, the dude was jacked up, as this photo comparison above illustrates.

I realize this is the only challenge you’ve won lately (Cough, Kanye, Cough, Asskick), so I can understand why you want to keep my watch, but come on, man. How many watches do you need? I only had the one.

In case you don’t know the story, Fiddy came into the Hanes booth at the Style Villa and arm wrestled me for watches. My $50 watch against his $50,000 one. I knew I probably wasn’t going to beat him, but I also knew I wasn’t going to keep his watch if I did. So you can imagine how surprised I was when he actually kept my watch.

50 Cent was pulled over by police while driving his silver Lamborghini today.

The situation soon became a spectacle as 50 calmly sat in his vehicle — even smiling — while police handled their investigation and a few dozen pedestrians looked on. The G-Unit leader was eventually led away in handcuffs, causing some onlookers to yell out, "Don't arrest him!" The chants were to no avail. He was hauled off in a police car, and his vehicle was towed away as well.

At the station, 50 was not booked but was given four summonses: one for driving with an expired permit, one for driving an unregistered vehicle, one for driving without insurance and one for an unsafe lane change. He was released and is due to appear in court at a unspecified later date.
