3rdplanet @ MindSay

I don't usually call out fellow mindsayers, but today I find it necessary.

I have made many friends here on mindsay, and I love you all.  Last night when I got home after a long day of work with spongebob cranky pants, what did I come home to?  Postcards from Nomad and Becca Jane! (Thank you!) :) :) :) :)

I have also found myself from time to time wandering back to  My Yearbook  page to read the wonderful things my mindsay friends have left for me there.  :) :) :)  It makes me smile, and helps my ego a bit! :)  Thank you all for your words! :)

These are wonderful selfless things that have been shared with us, that have helped us smile, that have made us feel good... I wonder if 3rdplanet even realizes what a positive effect she has had on so many of us. :)

So everyone gather around your computer, raise your beer, water, coffee, or shirt to 3rdplanet and show her your appreciation.  :)

There's talk of a MindSay pageant over at 3rdPlanet's blog.

First, TattooedJen was talking about how she couldn't compete with 3rdPlanet, then 3rdPlanet gave an ode to TattooedJen and now... now...

Alright. Now I'm interested in participating. A pageant would be so much fun. Then we can have people vote on different skills and swimsuit competitions and Q & As... but in order for me to be in the running I suppose I should finally show a picture of myself. *gulp* I've been avoiding this for so long, I've been afraid of disappointing people. You know... people think the best of you when they don't see you and all... alright, enough stalling... here's my picture.

I know I'm not as ugly as I think I am at my worst times but I'm not sure I am pageant competition material either. You tell me.
