Who Watches The Watchmen? 
When it was announced that there would be a movie made of the WATCHMEN graphic novel I had grave misgivings. How could one 2 hour movie contain the vast goodness of Alan Moore's densely complex work? Would this one suffer the same fate as other Moore properties when transitioned to film? I really didn't want another LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMAN and I doubt anyone else did either. My fears also weren't eased any by 300 director Zack Snyder getting the gig. While I considered 300 to be an awesome movie I readily admit that it was the definition of style over substance. But then I saw the trailer for WATCHMEN and my unease has turned into giddy anticipation. If this film is as entertaining as the trailer promises then I can't wait until March 6, 2009.

As the tune popped into my head I wonder what Johnny Cash's favourite flavour of ice cream was. I am sure that it is recorded somewhere on this Information SuperHighway though I find that I'm far too lazy to search for the answer...
Anyhoo, we have the new hat available and yes, it was available for Bastille Day for those of you who wonder about such things. It did not turn out exactly as was expected for embroidery is far different than direct printing, but the design turned out kinda groovy so it will stay in its sort of camo text version. Interesting things often happen when one does not know the end results. So buy a hat or buy 100,000 to equip an army. Thank you...
Next on the agenda for the Company Store will be some postcards and/or greeting cards, but don't hold yer breath, it may be a while before they exist...
From a marketing prospective, the latest tentacle of this vast empire seems to be adding some new blood to the beast. The MySpace experiment is doing quite well though it needs some of its finer points tweaked just a bit, but it is looking good at the moment...

Here it comes, here comes the Flavour. It's a demon on wheels, it's a demon and it's gonna be chasing after someone...
And so it is and so it shall be forever and always for it has been written (see above)...
And so we venture into another taste adventure from which we can never be sure if we will survive, but if we do manage to live through this journey we can be sure that next week we can have another flavour that we can enjoy and thusly repeat the process so that we can then repeat it again during the following week and so shall we live our lives...
It's a shame that I really do not have anything to write about this week so I will just babble on and on until I feel the need to stop and to do something else with this epic publication though what the something else is I do not know and I have a feeling that I will not know any time in the near future so I shall just keep on keepin' on as they say in the vernacular if I actually lived in these here parts for I do not for I dwell in the silent corridors of CyberSpace and such is the life that I currently live...

And so it is the Flavour of the Week brought to you this week by the Miracle of Plastic or some cool and groovy such as those things that are made of plastic, but not necessarily things that one would eat...
And eating is oh-so good for the belly...
And so what is the reason that we have gathered here today in the presense of the mailing? I suppose that I could go on and on about the fact it would appear that the MySpace experiment is resulting in more traffic ending up here. Whether or not this will result in an increase of returning guest is yet to be seen, but we can hope for a miracle. New hat will be available next week, just in time for Bastille Day or my birthday that follows it by exactly one week and I do so enjoy new hats...
I could ramble on and on about all this corporate stuff, but I think I'll just enjoy the space provided for me outside of the home office for me to work when I wish to be outside the walls of this mighty Internet empire that I have build with my two hands or more procisely my own two fingers and a mouse and a few different programs and several operating systems and a bunch of computers most of which are no longer operational, but are in boxes in the warehouse deep in the catacombs of the home office...

And so it is the Flavour of the Week brought to you this week by the Miracle of Plastic or some cool and groovy such as those things that are made of plastic, but not necessarily things that one would eat...
And eating is oh-so good for the belly...
And so what is the reason that we have gathered here today in the presense of the mailing? I suppose that I could go on and on about the fact it would appear that the MySpace experiment is resulting in more traffic ending up here. Whether or not this will result in an increase of returning guest is yet to be seen, but we can hope for a miracle. New hat will be available next week, just in time for Bastille Day or my birthday that follows it by exactly one week and I do so enjoy new hats...
I could ramble on and on about all this corporate stuff, but I think I'll just enjoy the space provided for me outside of the home office for me to work when I wish to be outside the walls of this mighty Internet empire that I have build with my two hands or more procisely my own two fingers and a mouse and a few different programs and several operating systems and a bunch of computers most of which are no longer operational, but are in boxes in the warehouse deep in the catacombs of the home office...
And such as it is in the business world...

Anyhoo, let's get right down to business. The new hat thingie that was mentioned during last week's mailing is still in need of finalization on the colour scheme though the field has been reduced to just a couple from the few that started this process. So, we are getting very close to having the new battle ready military cap placed into production. Secondly, we have been focusing this week on actually doing something with our MySpace site. We have had it for some time now, and now is the time to unleash it upon an unsuspecting world. For any and all that have a MySpace account feel free to add us as a friend and we shall do likewise. Also, upon the new groovy MySpace thang, there are two different widgets that you may use and add to your Blogs or MySpace pages or whatever that will let you know when one or both of our primary Blogs are updated though we haven't decided whether or not the Corporate Monthly News is worth the time to create a widget for, but if anyone would like to have one, we could find the time to work on one...
Questions, comments, silly stuff, spam are always welcome so keep those cards and letters coming in...
