Food & Drinks
- I love the undenatured shakes offered in the program I'm doing. They are meal replacement and loaded with nutrient and live enzyme. Also there is a power drink like no other, oh gosh, lots' of good stuff here.
Likes
- I love being well, and having energy again. You can't know the power in this unless you have lost your own to regain it. I AM GLAD and feeling especially blessed.
Dislikes
- Whiners, grumblers, blamers.
Movies
- Napoleon Dynomite(seen it 7 times easily and still chuckle out loud when I reflect), Oh Brother Where Art Thou( another great movie), Boondock Saints (not a family movie, but well done) Kingdom Come (yes, I laughed some more!!!), The Passion of the Christ
TV Shows
- The Larry Saunders show was fun, as was/is Jerry Seinfeld as long as they don't get too sexual...It's such a great show, they never really had to. In Living Color was fun as was Martin & Bernie Mac.
Juicy Factor
- Sophisticated Lady..and a "soldier of the cross"...That's as juicy as it's going to get here! I can add, I love to worship the Lord, especially with a tamborine...I am amazed as the power of the Holy Spirit moves me...Selah!
Books
- I hunger for my scripture and lately am reading "How to Win Friends and Influence People. A book that's graced my shelves for years, so I guess it simply time. It's DELICIOUS!

- "Do It Yourself", a great "How hard can it Be, DIY Mag.
Clothing
- I've always enjoyed retro and I'm especially eclectic.
Bad Habits
- Hmmm, I think you'd have to ask my friends or family. I try to live right, recognizing I'm not perfect. Christ is my "Plumbline", and I am serious about my walk in Him. I can think of things I need to be aware of and hmmm. that's about it.
Pets
- I have 6 Bunnies: Tappy, Harley, Elijah-Blue, Pearl, Snowball and Magnolia...There kewl, and now 2 kittens, growing up fast but still extremely playful, Puddin' and Rosie or Hazel dependent upon the mood.
Hobbies
- I love to walk in the rain, splashing in puddles in my golashes or gum boots. I love beachcombing and thrift store hunting. I enjoy gardening, watching birds especially splashing in the bath. Oh and the HUMMERS are absolutely amazing.!!

- I've been a secretary, receptionist, worked in dispatch and a Nurse..but I am loving that I found a company that practically pays me to be well.

- I went to school at Dougall Avenue in Windsor, Ontario, and then Patterson Collegiate, then Camoson College, here in B.C.
