Poker, Sport or Not?

Postby CallmeRoger on Fri Oct 23, 2009 2:14 am

Hit me with your best shot. Is Texas Hold'em Poker (or that poker stuff you see on TV) a sport or not?

It's ok, go ahead, because even I don't see why it's a sport anyway. I just play it every day. LOL

It's not a sport. Definitions of sport typically refer to it as an athletic activity. This is why billiards and bowling are considered sports, and reading, sleeping, and poker are not.
Suck it.
