I hear you buddy, enough is enough. They are still shooting them off here tonight and it has my poor cat scared to death. Everytime she thinks she is safe someone will shoot off more and she dives under the couch or runs and hides between my kitchen cabinets.  I never buy them because I know everyone will have enough without me wasting my money. lol

Awww, your poor cat! I'm sure it's 10 times as bad on them since they have such acute hearing too.

Boy if there were a bill to make it illegal to light off fireworks after the 4th, I'd...well, we'd be the 1st in line! Lol!!

i looove fireworks...but ur right, after the holiday's over it's time to put those away. 
the loud noises they create are more alarming n obnoxious than celebratory at that point.
