- go to blog

- click on plugins

- click "configure" underneath profile

- click "change picture"

if u need help wit anythin else jus ask

orrr you jus do what i did and duoble click on the picture when ur on ur blog kinda thing and then you upload it and the chose a part of the picture you want and then your set tis easy when you know how love you love jeni xxxxxxxx

lol YAA u can do that to.. thats easier but i forget bout dat.. when ur lookin at ur profile u jus hafta click on ur pic an the change ur pic thing comes up lol gd job jeni =P
