I cut as well... I did a few years ago for about a year or so, then stopped for a whole two years, did it again this past october, and just started again. >.> Do you try to stop? Have you tried? Are you proud? Do you even want to stop?

Have you every considered stopping? Please here that I am not judging you because I used to self-injure daily with hundreds of stitches but now I have a relapse once or twice a year.

There is a website called www.selfinjury.com It is for a program called S.A.F.E. Alternatives.  It is now located in Texas and it is a 30 day program.  There is also a book called Bodily Harm by them as well.  There are also many other books as well which I am sure you already know.

We all cut for a reason, there is always an underlying cause.  I truly hope you want to change this behavior because it is a choice.  It took me a long time to believe and accept that concept too.  So, it isn't easy by any means.

I can't say I agree with your method on supporting each other for self-injury unless it is to support one another for struggling.  If that is the case, I support you one hundred percent.  However, I didn't get that impression when I read your blog.

hi, i jus joined, im on this fat mission to find out why people cut them selves.. iv dun it before n i had alot of reasons, but iv realised lifes to short to waste? can you please tell me why you do it? im not having a go or making u stop, i just need reasons? wb x
