I believe that there should be some reward for surviving each day of one's life upon this planet. I do not know what that reward would be, hhmmm, maybe a big bowl of ice cream sent down from Heaven. Now, that would be a nice touch added to a more often than not boring existence on this orb that spins silently in the near vacuum of space...

And to receive an ice cream with whipped cream and a cherry on top would indicate to one and all that you did an extra good job of surviving on that particular day...

And if you happen to live the life of Job and never once do you bitch and moan about your life and the trials and tribulations you have endured to make it through the day, a double mocha latte should appear before you so that you may be rewarded for a job well done on this planet...

It would be nice to have sign that indicates whether or not you have done right in the eyes of God or the gods. It would be nice to know these things without having to die first. And that is my only complaint about He who pulls the strings in this life - why aren't folks notified of their doing the appropriate things in this lifetime?
