No, it's not an April Fools prank...it really is baseball season!  The Cardinals and Mets are playing the first game of the regular season right now, and I'm watching on ESPN2.  How exciting!  There's gonna be lots of baseball on tv tomorrow, which will be terrific.

I'm totally psyched that it's baseball season again, but it doesn't seem to have quite the magic that it did in years past.  I think that's because, for the first time, I'm living in a warm climate.  Living up north, the beginning of baseball season had the added bonus of the beginning of spring; the two things just went hand in hand.  Now, it's already in the 80s...it's baseball weather year-round down here.
