It's sad to have reached this age in my life and still live paycheck to paycheck!  Good thing my DAD takes good care of me/us, hmmm! 

Oh man I know what you mean. I'm actually working on getting out of that cycle; at least I come by it rightly. Mom mom is..well older then me (heh) and still living pay check to paycheck.

I want snip it in the butt asap. It means I'll have to make a little more money; it's hard to save when all of it goes to bills.

Barb, I visited your myspace page and found the picture of the naked guy.  I'm a little confused.  Shocked, I guess, too.  Demeaning to men?  Christian witness?  Help me out here.

Yes ... a comment from someone!  I'm new there and still feeling my way around.  I'm getting it removed as soon as I figure out how!  I did write to the girl and tell her that I appreciated the thought, but asked her not to post things she thinks I may not appreciate in the future. 

 

I'm not one to fit the "mold," Jim, though, and she and I have been discussing the virtues of sexual purity.  This was meant more as a jab in that direction, and the conversation is ongoing.  Christian witness?  I do not call myself a Christian because of the religious images it conjures.  I'm me ... and I happen to love Jesus because He first loved me ... and He continues to knock my socks off with His love.    But ... I am flesh & blood, too! 

Ok, you don't call yourself a Christian and so don't have a "Christian witness."  What do you then call it?
