Sometimes, when driving north, I have to resist the urge to drive to Wyoming.  No reason.  I don't have friends or family there.  There's not (as far as I know) a kick ass thrift store up there.  But the urge is there.

I don't have this urge driving south.

I guess New Mexico just isn't that exciting to my head...

I get this urge while driving North or East.  You would think I would get it driving West, but not so much.  At least, the urge doesn't seem to arise during the winter.  I never get this urge while driving South because of my deep seated dislike of New Mexico.
