awwwww thats a cute one!!!
Awww, sweet! I've always envisioned myself with a "tuxedo" cat -- white belly and face with the top coat black. I created a cartoon character of a cat like that whom I called "Gloomy!"
Gloomy
My guy has a black face though, but the rest is as you describe.
Gloomy... lol I can just imagine that cat's personality!

Gloomy appeared in my Big Mama Goth comic strip which I still feature (albeit limitedly) on mindsay:

That's very good!! Do you ever find a market for publishing these sorts of things? It seems more than good enough to me.
Well, I'm sure I could find a market for it, but actively keeping myself drawing has been hard on me as of late. I used to be able to churn out many drawings each day, but now that it's my profession, it's become a chore -- mainly because I'm illustrating stories and characters that I don't own myself. Right now I'm trying to roust myself out of apathy to finish a book that was due to be completed last fall. I need the money REALLY BAD but haven't found the heart to finish things just yet. Artist's block, indeed...
Yep. I find that writing comes easiest and fastest to me when I'm stuck, but drawing tends to require a lot more focus and energy. I have a meeting with my agent this afternoon and I'm so dissatisfied with my current work, I'm postponing it. I just need one more weekend to work things out perfectly...
What kind of agent? Do you get writing gigs too?
I feel that I have a lot to offer with written words myself and have no idea how to get started. So I know what stuck feels like. hehe

He's a literary/tribal agent. I'm working on a comic book for teenagers in the Red Cliff band of Lake Superior Chippewa.
Ugh. Stuck. Perhaps it's also because it's such an important project, too, that keeps me stuck. Yeah. No matter what I gotta get back to that drawing board... and I have to stop postponing it!
Yep! I've had a lot of dreams about a black and white tuxedo type kitty... Maybe one day soon I'll have a buddy like that? You never know. But, yeah, it's Gloomy!
