Everyday Mr. Snuggles brings me pure joy. Lately he's been the one to wake me out of my deep sleep, motivating me to go outside to enjoy the sunshine, and he's also been the little one I talk to all the time. Poor kitty. I hope I make him as happy as he makes me! I don't think any of these images needs explaining. They're just peeks into the world Mr. Snuggles and I inhabit!

And, yes, in the first two images I used Photoshop to make my eyes match closely to Mr. Snuggles' gooseberry green eyes. Normally I don't wear that bright of lipstick either! Oh, well. I try to look my best next to my kitty love.

He's fully recovered! But he's not yet as fully active as he was, tends to sleep more, and gets a few anxiety attacks himself whenever I head out the door, so sometimes I carry him with me when I check the mail or do laundry. He seems to really like being a "carry-along" kitty. I'd take him everywhere with me but he'd be too stressed out or bored. Oh, well.

Mr. Snuggles saved my life the other day. I couldn't stay awake, I was too lethargic because my blood sugar was too high. He didn't give up on waking me up, kept scratching me and knocking things down, etc. Then once I was up and nodding off in the living room, he stayed by the door and howled, ran back and forth between the door and bedroom, racing through the kitchen making all kinds of noise. He wouldn't leave me alone until I was up and walking. I swear he sensed things were "off" with me. So not only does Mr. Snuggles keep me from being lonely, he keeps me from drifting off into a diabetic coma!

What a good kitty he is! I hadn't realized you were having blood sugar issues, is this a fairly recent development? Anyway, it's so good that you two have each other and look out for each other.

He really is. I am truly blessed. I have been having problems with balancing my diet, but nothing too, too major, just a few things that left me anxious. It makes me grateful to live with an animal because they often sense things I'm not too keen on sometimes. Mr. Snuggles even reminds me to go to bed!
