Just a quick "Happy Summer Solstice!" to all my beloved friends here and everywhere! I don't have time today to upload a lot of pictures, so I selected the one photo that emphasizes the most what it's like to be in my neck of the woods today. It's a little island in the middle of
Lake Joanis at Schmeekle Reserve (the nature reserve that is literally my backyard). The water is calm, like a mirror for the sun today, and the sky is a wonderful light blue, you know the kind, with fluffy white clouds.
To celebrate today, I am wearing a gold and wine silk jacket, I am going to dress up my home altar with a new tapestry depicting the Tree of Life, and I'm going to leave offerings of food to the area wildlife. I hope you all have a lovely summer with loving people and good times that will never leave you!
