This is easy.
When Cyclone was four months old, Spousal Unit and I found there was a movie we really wanted to see and we were arranging times and stuff and then we realized...
What will we do with Cyclone? We couldn't take him with us to the movies...
We stayed home. <smile> And that day I realized I was a grown-up with responsibilities. Heh. Go figure.
I was 28 when that happened. Shells, I was a kid for a long time! lol

I'd have to agree with Sandy - when Daughter was born, I realized that things had changed forever, and the life of another person depended completely on me. I too was 28 at the time. However - I hope to never really BE old or be thought of as really old. In my heart and mind, I'm still about 28!! There's a lady in my Sunday School class who will be 92 in September. She's sharp as can be, still mows her own yard - she looks and sounds 20 years younger than she is. That's what I want to be like!
1994. I was 22 years old. I was informed that I was no longer carried on my father's health insurance plan and I had a very bad bladder infection.
I'm not sure if I ever realized I'm grown up. Though being around kids it sure makes me remember how I thought of adults when I was younger. Back then I thought 30 was old!!! @_@ Tsk tsk tsk.
