King Abdullah II & Queen Rania Al-Abdullah of Jord hosted for free by ImageShack

King Abdullah of Jordan is expressing in a public forum that three civil wars could be emerging in the Middle East.

The locations: Iraq, Lebanon and (so-called) Palestine.

King Abdullah senses that internecine strife is spiraling out of control in Iraq. He is correct. Re: Jordanian King: 3 Civil Wars Possible
Do you really think that Iran will actively participate in an Iraqi civil war. I do not think that will be a win situation for Iran. Active involvement would lead to Saudi Arabia and Jordan asking for help for the Sunni minority.

I think even head-in-the-sand Europe will join a coalition with other Sunni States and America to take on Iran.

No the win situation for Iran is too use Shi'ite insurgency to carve out a sovereign Shi'ite nation in the midst of Iraq. I think that is entirely more likely because then Iran can still play on European fears about oil.

The thing to stop Iran NOW is this: bomb known nuclear facilities and bomb oil fields. Without oil revenue, Iran is lost. I do realize that China and the EU would go nuts, however I still think that a counter-revolution would start when the people begin to starve for lack of money in their economy.
