Meh.  Looks just like the THPS games - 4 foot ollies off the flatground, jacked physics, circus stunt tricks, pushing on transitions, etc. - I'll pass.

You are so absolutely wrong. You have idea.

Actually they were trying to work VERY hard at making this game as real as possible. I do not know how well they did it but from what I hear and read they did a good job of it. You should always try a game before you trully put your own opinion on it. Even if you think it is going to be bad you should give it a try and then if you dont like it.. say it is bad.. but you never trully know tell you try..

That's like saying you should try milk that smells like it it's gone bad because it MIGHT not be.  Me, I'd rather not risk it (getting sick in the case of the milk, and wasting my time getting annoyed by a hyped video game in the case of SKATE).  They're not going to make it realistic because then it wouldn't sell to non-skateboarders, and it's all about the duckets. 

Again I just ma not going to be so rash to toss judgment onto the game. I have read to many GOOD reviews from player. I mean yes there are the bads one too and I read them first because they usually tell you more about a game then the good ones. I am not saying it is a good or bad game because I habe not played I just am having an open mind to it. 

Hey now I do not like it at ALL withhow you say the term NERD like it is a bad thing. I take that title with pride man. Being a Nerd has NOTHING to do with golf or Fandue Parties. anyways jsut wanted to say that.. Yeah that Skate game looks great.. will have to buy it when I get home next Summer..
