i've been having a ton of issues!  it won't let me log on and when it does then I cant view peoples blogs or like yester day I try to post a new blog I hit the publish button and it erased the whole thing.

Yeah I had a comment that wouldn't post, plus it is taking forever to access this site. Sometimes it doesn't come up..

 

I'm guessing they are tickering with the code or something..I hope it ends soon.

I'll read it more in depth later - I just skimmed.  You know, if you look at the people he surrounds himself with, it's really terrifying that it's very possible he'll be our next president.  

I agree. Although I don't think he'll win, honestly.  I just have feeling, but I dont' think America is as bad off as people would like to think it is.  Christians seem to want to see the worst in everything, sometimes, and bemoan that reality isn't like it used to be or it should be or whatever...instead of seeing the Good that is going around all around us.

Anything that happens with our country has already been planned out, and the outcome is in Gods hands.  that's scary and comforting all at the same time. 

You know I'm not so sure it has been planned.. I mean I know God knows the outcome and all but... It almost feels, to me anyway, that a lot of what will happend is dependent on us as Christians.

 

It just seems to many just have given up and are waiting for God to come back, you know cause these are bad times and all..and dont' see that there are still good people out there. Still Good things we can do, still spread the Gospel through our lives..and you know what ? We are cautioned not to dispar.  I see bad things on tv, but I see good around me..so I dunno.  It maye be the end of the end times but dang it, I'm not going down without a fight and hopefully God will use me to take a bunch of people with me....in a good way.

 

I'm not what you would call an optimist either..I guess that shows you how much God can change a person's outlook.

God can move mountains ... it might do us ( me!) well to remember that.  God will is just that - HIS will.  haha - I should go back to my Calvinistic roots and do some re-reading! 

You know, wouldn't it be cool, just sit and chat with John Calvin?  I mean, like over a cup of coffee.  Heaven is gonna be SO cool. 

Heh well maybe; he and I don't see everything eye to eye   Although My middle name is calvin and I grew up listening to my grandpa, who's name is Calvin..so I *guess* you could say I'm a Calvinist

I never hears of TULIP until I was in my teens, and I've been a Calvinist ever since. 

I have no Idea what tulip stands for, but I do disagree with a few of this ideas.  Pretty vigrously actually; but I also don't think it matters for salvation.  I think all you need for salvation is john 3:16.  If everything else was forgotten in the bible but that verse, it would still be the key to eternal life.
