I would suggest seeing a chiropractor about it.. sounds like you need to be realigned. Lay off of the stretching and anything strenuous on your hip/leg until you're able to get adjusted.
If going to the chiropractor isn't an option, I'd suggest taking a hot bath or sitting in a hot tub for about 30 mins. Then, get out, and while your muscles and tendons are still relaxed, try to manipulate your body around until you can get your hip to "pop" back into place.. I can usually accomplish that by laying on the opposite side (if it's my left hip, I lay on my right side), lay the top leg over and rest your knee on the floor, while keeping your upper body perpendicular to the floor.. take your bottom arm, lay it out at a 90 degree angle from you, and your top arm should slowly push your hip that is on top forward. It will hurt ALOT right before it "pops" but afterwards, it's instant relief.
you know what! you just reminded me... when i do my butterfly stretch, i notice that my left knee (the good leg) touches the ground, but my right knee (the bad one) doesn't go down all the way. it probably does need to be popped. i really should go see a chiropractor... justin and i both need to go. we need to just suck it up and do it.
raising arizona is one of my all-time favourite movies... but oddly, i didn't own it. i was at target last night looking for a trash can, but i stopped to browse the movies, and there it was, in a double-disc set with fargo, for only $9.99! so i grabbed it and we watched it last night. justin doesn't love it quite like i do... but he can tolerate it.
That movie is fucking hilarious...I quote it all the time. I still haven't seen Fargo, but it is in my Netflix queue.
