It has been a really good week for me.
Monday and Tuesday- No class!
Wednesday- One of my friends now has the entire series Samurai Jack. =D
Karate Yellow Belt Review - Went much better than I had expected, felt much more confident. Was still on the fence to take the test, though.
Bought Piano Squall's album - amazing pianist who plays songs from anime and video games on the piano, and the majority of the money he makes from albums and concerts goes to charity. My favorite is either the tetris theme, or "Creul Angel's Thesis"
Finished Kit's (an RP character) backstory, which was approved by the GM. Huzzah!
Thursday- Stolen away by sister and saw Zombieland! And then got to share some of my favorite Zombies vs. Humans stories.
Friday- Neuropsych test went surprisingly well, considering how little I studied for it. One class was cut short.
Decided to follow Bob Dylan's advice: "Don't think twice, it's all right" and took the yellow belt test. And got it!! There were tears in my eyes when Sensei announced that we all got our belts. I had been so worried that I would be the only one to get it.
I am so proud of myself right now, as I probably should be. Even if I injured one of my toes during the test.
In fact, this week has been so good, I'll even forgive it for snowing. And only 15 days left til Nanowrimo! Dun dun dun!
