Thats like a skin thing right?
Scleroderma is a condition where the the skin and organs produce fibrous tissue which constricts the joints and hardens the skin. I don't know that much about it, but my husband has a simlar condition that causs hardening of the skin and constriction of the joints.

Thanks a million for your help. My sister was diagnosed with Scleroderma about four years ago; she is now 25. She has gotten so bad she can hardly move at times and is constantly in pain or sore. I am trying my best to find something to help her out. Medicines are outrageous; I don't know what else to do to help her. I appreciate your reply to my blog! Forever grateful!

My mom has scleraderma and she has had the condition for about 12 years. Their are different types of scleroderma and it is not well known evern to doctors. Scleroderma is a battle and you can lose most of your mobiltiy, skin becomes very tight, difficulty breathing, kideny problems, pain in joints, in larged right side of heart, the list can go on and on. Some things that help my mom get through the day is appling the lotion Curel to losen her skin, walk for strength, stretch her arms, legs, mouth, and hands. She also gets a lot of emotional help from family and doctors to keep going.
Thanks for your reply I really appreciate it! I would like to add you to my buddylist if you don't mind!
