Yeah, that's normal. I mean, not everyone is terrified of passing time, but most people suffer a phobia of some kind, either persistently or at some point in their lives. Scads of people are absolutely petrified of spiders or of insects or snakes or they get vertigo when they look down from a second-floor balcony. I have a phobia of needles. I freak out whenever I need any kind of injection or if my doctor wants a blood test done.
The fear of time or of clocks is called chronophobia. I'm sure you could find loads of information on it through Google, maybe even a forum full of other people who suffer the same problem.
And if it really bothers you, maybe a therapist could help you identify the origin of the fear.
But no, you're not alone.

Yeh, I know. I mean, I am absolutely freeked out by spiders. And I totally get it when you say you're scared of needles.
chronophobia? Why do they haveto name them so hard?
Thanks! I'll probably look into it!
It's Greek. I guess they ran out of English words to use? Or maybe the Greeks were just an especially fearful people, so they came up with names for all the different kinds of chronic fear and, by the time we came along it was like... why bother renaming everything, eh?
