As a participant in the Reunion Tour, I am obligated to post SOMEthing each day for a week. But darn it, I'm so wiped out. I am reminded of why I've been so scarce online these days to begin with. When you get off work at 6 (and now, worse yet, it's DARK at 6 which makes it FEEL more like 8), run a couple of errands, go home and/or to the gym to work out, grab a bite of supper, do your chores, check on the grandkids' chores and work on your website, there's no TIME to blog, or face a book or even tweet!
So in frantically searching the abyss of this day's musings, the most profound thought I've had today was earlier, on my drive home from getting my allergy shot. In considering the difficulty of navigating my way to the Jimmy John's sandwich shop for lunch on the way to the Dr's office, I am once again convinced that the individuals who laid the groundwork for Spartanburg's transportation system were ALL drunk as skunks when they did so. They're all probably still turning over in their graves laughing at all us dumb saps who are still trying to find our way to Jimmy John's from the wrong direction on Pine Street, or worse yet, still going around in circles trying to figure out how to get off Heron Circle.
