Ok, first lets just say I'm really aggravated with all the bull shit that went on at work today.

 

Anywho lets start with this. Everything was go'n along just fine a few weeks ago, I was getting 32 to 40 hours a week, and then dumbass "DM" (a full-time clerk) gets kicked out yet another department cause the manager conveniently forgot to give her hours. So she goes crying to "DT" (customer operations manager) about a lack of hours on her scheadule.  Well she gives her hours outside. Great, and where the fuck do they get these hours.  Oh take them from ME! 

 

So they take hours away from me , to give to the lazy, no good, company time stealing, piece of dog shit! She's been kicked out of every department she's been in, cause she's outside smoking more then she's in the department working. I mean , come on, I've seen her ass outside as many as 12 times in one eight hour shift smoking her cancer sticks. That's not grounds for termination? I mean if the managers in my store had any balls, they'd fire her ass, but no, they just turn a blind eye to it, and hope the problem goes away.

 

Ya, now she can walk around outside with it hanging out of her mouth outside. Ya, that makes a customer want to come back to that store everyday. What a fucking joke.

 

Grrr, that's just the first thing that's getting on my nerves as of late. Now that "DT" no longer works at my store, I'm sure a rookie replacement won't do much better. Although on a plus note this "rookie" isn't writing the schedules. Thank god! 

 

Now, I'll just have to see how my front end manager does with the scheadule writing. All I want, and all I will ever request is 32 - 40 hours every week. I mean how hard is that?, but "DM" is buddy, buddy with her. So we'll see if I again, end up getting the shaft.

 

So, this bring us to today. Where I was requested to help the peon's from the GM department put a gazebo up over the picnic tables which is called our "smoking area".  Which I totally don't agree with at all. I see this as wasting company money on 200 dollar fucking gazebo which should have been sold to some customer! I don't care if they say its "damaged"  so , mark it half off, and sell it,  but no. Not at my store.  They supplied it for themselves to cover the smoking area.  Aw, the poor babies might get wet smoking.  Awww.   wa wa fucking wa !

 

I don't agree with even providing a smoking area at all. I don't think any company should go out of its way to provide an area for there employee's to do drugs. Granted its not an illegal drug, but still , a drug none the less. Hell, if they wanna do that,  why don't they put a fucking beer tap in for the employee that comes in drunk every day. I mean what the hell kind of a company do I work for.

 

Ya ya, obviously a shitty one.

 

Anyway,  I was requested by a front end lead "CJ" to go help them, and I flat out refused. No fucking way. So after he whimpered at me.  I walked outside, I was actually gonna go help them, when something in my head clicked.  "NO"  I turned around and walking back into the store, and straight to my store mangers office. Where him and myself had a discussion about this. Where he stated that there where 2 of them , from the gm department already over there, and just like me, saw no reason that they would need my help.  Although he cautioned me that, saying "NO" to  "CJ" the front end lead, could be viewed as insubordination.  Grrr...  You have no idea how much I hate that fucking word.

 

I really wanna just go in there and give them a reason to use that word. They wanna throw that word around like its nothing. Alright I'll give them a fucking reason, when I tell "CJ" off in front of everyone!  Ya, that should do it.

 

Lucky for them, and POS customers, I didn't do that today.  Anyway, there's always tomorrow. Someday, my self control just might step aside and I'll let some poor smo have it.
