are you still in cali? how's the training going? and how did your girl do in her event?

I'm back in Boulder, got back last Tues or maybe it was Monday night. Eitherway, I'm heading back out ...east coast this time next week. I've gotta get to updating this blog. Wow you slip and just keep slipping eh?
