Just a few pics from this past Saturday at Fairview High School (Jessica Biel's old High School). Lorraine snapped these while I was doing a few strides to losen up for my workout. The one where I'm looking @ the watch is at the completion of one of my 12, 400m repeats. It was quite windy, but overall warmer (52 degrees) than it's been.

Hi Robert,
I'm from Germany and I'm interested in national T&F records. I know you made a lot of records for Equatorial Guinea. Please can you mail me your personal bests in Track competitions?
