I couldn't not fail to forget to vote for this.
Reminds me of the Facebook "no breast-feeding" pictures. I was super pissed when they removed that picture of Tyesa and I.
You see -- I had nothing to go on here since I hadn't seen the picture in the first place.
Which only proves that the picture should not have been censored in the first place.
So we make the same point.

My first thought was, "NYPD Blue has been off the air for what, five -- six years?" What the hell?
My second thought is if ABC doesn't fight this ridiculous lawsuit, I'll have no more respect for them! This is STUPID!
Oh yeah, didn't you know it is more acceptable to see someone's head fall off of their decomposing corpse than to see someone's butt cheek? (this aired on Bones last night). Violence. It's the American Way. Sex? Save that shit for the French!
ok, the question is, who's buttocks was it.
If it was Dennis Franz's...then i think the FCC is right.
ugh
From TFA:
The agency said it received "numerous complaints" about the scene, in which a young boy walks in on a nude woman about to take a shower.-- S
ah
why do you think this anything politcal? doesn't sound political to me. sounds illogical.
it sounds foolish.
i am wondering if this fine was levied quite a while ago, and they have been appealing it since then.
However, they are now making this all public?!
why?
my guess is that NYPD Blue is putting out more Box Set DVDs very soon and this is meant to help drum up business.
So far, I checked, only seasons 1-4 are out. There hasn't been a release since 2006.
and who stands to profit...?
FOX who owns NYPD Blue.
Also according to TFA: The FCC announced that it was planning to fine ABC this amount yesterday. This is a new occurrence.
