yeah ive got a hard time losing weight. Especially recently except for 4 stupid pounds. lol. i excersize everyday, it doesnt help much
A common misconception about weight loss is that you can lose weight simply by changing your eating habits. As for pills, sure some of them might work to a certain extent. But riddle me this: if these pills are so effective, why do ALL of them say "for best results, take regularly with diet and exercise??" Key factor: EXERCISE! But if you just eat less fattening things and exercise regularly, why would you even need pills?? I'm not knocking all diet pills because I've taken some pills before that actually do work though. And they were free because some stupid company sent them to me and I didn't even order them.
In any event, best of luck to you with whatever diet you choose. A little recommendation though: be wary when cutting carbohydrates from your diet. One reason those no carb diets work is because you can get used to it rather easily. But it's a lot more difficult on your body than you might imagine.
That's all the ranting I have for you today.

Write a book on how you lost those pounds! What shall we call it?
The East Coast Diet. That'll sell!

I tend to rely on the percentage indicated as healthy by the American Heart and Lung Association. Depending upon your sex, age and height, there's a range of body fat percentage that is considered healthy. If you are in that range, this is a good thing.
Other than that, it should be all about where you are healthy and comfy. If you're both, why stress? Stress is a negative factor when it comes to losing weight.
