So, some time this Am 0330-0400ish, I went to bed after taking what had become

my "normal" handfull of drugs, for the major back ache I've had since about 6-21.

Laying in bed going  "Hmmmm... something's not right here".

I moved my right leg...

Nothing.

I moved my left leg...

Nothing.

Give a little twist and a little turn...

Nothing.

Feeling brave, I decided to sit up - which has been a major/painful experience...

Still NOTHING!

I was sitting upright without the able assistance of my cane...

Feeling real brave, I decided to try standing up...

Which had been even more painfull than just getting to a sitting position...

STILL NOTHING!!

I got my coffee cup by the PC and walked to the kitchen without my cane!!!

I got my coffee and walked back to my room - only a little soreness...

HOLY SHIT - MY BACKACHE IS FINALLY GONE!!!!

Now, if it was as easy as taking a bunch of pills, to get rid of a wife and kids...

Absolutely zero clues. I just get sharp pains when my leg goes in certain directions sometimes.

Re: A minor miracle!
Hmmm, sounds like a pinched nerve...

A pinched nerve occurs when too much pressure is applied to a nerve by surrounding tissues — such as bones, cartilage, muscles or tendons. This pressure disrupts the nerve's function, causing pain, tingling, numbness or weakness.

A pinched nerve can occur anywhere in your body. A herniated disk in your lower spine, for example, may put pressure on a nerve root, causing pain that radiates down the back of your leg (sciatica). Likewise, a pinched nerve in your wrist can lead to pain and numbness in your hand and fingers (carpal tunnel syndrome).

Oh now that's real nice!
I'm looking for a doctor here that's accepting new patients. Until then, I can grit and bear it, haha.
