Here (South Carolina) We get 8 months of allergies, and 5 months lighting but only 5 full day of rain (spread out over those 8 months) but the humidity causes you to breath water. I think if they did a study this would be the state with the highest asthma population, I wish I was at the shore with that salt air!
We're dry dry dry from May/June to October/November, with blooming from February to October. We get poured on from November to March, but there's a massive drought this year. NorCal fires are horrid.
We don't get many fires, unless some dumbass comes along and does the wrong thing, but we stay in drought almost all year, it sucks
We get bad fires because of all the underbrush and stuff for fuel. Plus by the time a fire starts, it's hot, windy, and there's no rain or relief expected for weeks.
Ugh, right now there's something like 700+ fires burning in the area. Our air is completely laden with smoke right now. I've gotta get out of here!!! I need the rain lol
I heard about it on the news, they were calling in firefighters from other states to help, geez I hope it gets better soon
