How much did you spend this Valentine's Day? There was a banner at a flower shop on my way to work: 1 Dozen Roses: $59.99 - yeah right. Who would spend that amount?????

I am rather cynical, so in case you wanted something like a bunch of pink hearts today, you can still get it. 'Cuz I was in a good mood about a month ago and posted this video.

I am surprised at how fast V-Day arrived. The good news it's a whole 'nother 365 days till we have to deal with it again. YAY!

I personally spent $3.19 on M&Ms for Spousal Unit. Another $3 on M&Ms for the boys. And then $2.99 on a box of Laffy Taffy Valentines for CR's class.

Spousal Unit bought me a bouquet of flowers (not roses, but a mixed spring bunch), a card and the Becoming Jane DVD.

I don't know how much he spent. lol

sometimes it's best not to know how much other ppl spend (btw let me know how Becoming Jane is. I only saw the other Jane movie, the Jane Austen Book Club)! And I'm proud of you for not overspending. I think it can be insane sometimes, the amount that is spent. And M&Ms are VERY GREAT!!!!
