i think that's how i got sick this week. by staying at this cafe where Perez Hilton interviewed Posh Spice. I kept eating and eating there to justify how much wireless i was using so i started feeling weird. maybe i just overdosed on sugar :\
yes, sugar will do that to you from time to time, that is why it is always good to follow up with some french fries or something to balance out with the salt =)
i think you're right. 
I was trying to stay in the cafe all day because the internet connection on saturday can be sketchy and i don't have a/c at home and it was hot. but i'll know better next time not to consume sugar ALLL DAYYYYYY!!!

yeah but it's usually not too bad because at work it is cold. and on the weekends i am most likely out. and it doesn't get scorching hot in california usually.
