Hi Nathan,
I was reading your other blog. You talked about most of Jesus ministry being action. I am struggling with the balance. Jesus had perfect balance He was full of action yet at the same time was full of communion with the Father. He also knew and recognised the time to set Himself apart away from others and just spend time with the Father. In the church today we seem to see 2 extremes, either as you say they sit and agree without action or the other which is just as wrong and dangerous is they get filled with a frenzy of activity and become so busy with busyness they cannot hear the Father. I've noticed in my own life I seldom give myself permission to just sit with the Father yet when I do He floods me with blessing from His heart and energises me to act for Him.
