So I gave him five bucks

So me and a friend pull in to the gas station .
I get out of the car and start pumping my gas and out of nowhere some guy walks up to me .
He says  “hey man”
I am like  “hello”
Him  Can you  spare five bucks”
Me  “ yeah why not “
So I give him the five  dollars and he walks away .
My friend looked at me all weird like and  asked  why I gave a complete stranger money.
She said  you know  he will probably buy drugs with it .
I said or maybe he will buy a sandwich or something he needs.

She just shook her head .
I know that the guy probably  did not buy a sandwich …but I had the extra  five bucks .
And what if he was hungry ?
If I did not give him the money  it would have bothered me ….I know.
I  am a big   softie   when it comes to stuff like that .


In other news …today was a pretty good day for me  I laughed a lot .
