I know that this is often mistaken for Bipolar disorder and vice versus.  There was a time in my life, I may have been diagnosed with it.  Very difficult stuff to deal with at times.  One book I have read is Stop Walking on Eggshells, Can't remember the author.  Theres also another good one,  I love you I hate you.
