Indifference has been a big problem since the first century, sadly. 

Can't believe they said that charismatics are a problem.

Well, I don't know if the church has abandoned its faith, which is what apostasy means.  But I do think that there are places that need to read the Letters to the Seven Churches and take heed.

I know Christians...honest, rock-solid believers...who believe in God-guided evolution.  One of them is my brilliant father-in-law.  I'll have to find one of his papers, sometime. He's a volunteer with Reasons to Believe and does training seminars and stuff for them.  My mother is very much non-evolutionary in her beliefs. 

Yeh, the charismatics thing kinda made me go, "EH?"

The evolution results were what surprised me, though. I don't get out much LOL I've never met anyone who was a Christian and supported it in any way - not saying that someone who does is any less a believer.
