Waiting all Mulder chucking day for UPS. Yesterday we waited until after 6 then, thinking the work day must be done, went to find dinner. They came while we were gone. It is almost 8 and the "promised" Thursday delivery has yet to occur.

 

Next time you're in my town, eat at Range. They make nettle-stuffed ravioli that will make you wante to eat nothing but that for the rest of your life. Yes, nettles.

 

The housemate remembered to get whole wheat flour and yeast, so my inner baker will be outwardly manifest soon. I haven't bought a loaf of bread in years and before October hadn't made bread in more years than that. Lately, though I have been baking to provide a healthy alternative to ordinary store-bought for a coupla friends with major health issues. It has worked out well.
