Why is that racism is always viewed as Whites being racist against Blacks. The last time I checked the dictionary it was a two-way street. Or three-way, four-way street. Everyone's a little bit racist. 

The dictionary definition of racism falls far short of any real justice. Racism, especially in Capitalist nations, is a structural and economic phenomenon, brought about by the institutions in power. Individuals can be racist against one another, yes. However, such small pittens have no real ramifications for the populace.
