Current Computer Setup

My parents are going to pay for me to build a couple of computers after I graduate. They want me to build them a system for them that will do what they want, aka, the basic desktop setup. They're not enthusiasts like I am, so I'll be able to build them a good, working system with OS for under 700 dollars. And for college, they're going to fully pay for the parts for a computer for me.

EDIT: I haven't chosen a monitor yet because I'm still looking around, but I'm taking into account between 150 to 300 for one.
