Just thought as long as you were whining I would add my thoughts. Everytime I look at your profile picture my mouth waters and I can almost smell, dare I dream... taste I nice ripe peach, I miss them, it should be summer all year long or at least with all the advances in science we should be able to develope a peach tree that bears fruit all 4 seasons.
OH, I'm with you there, my favorite time of the year is summer, when I can go strawberry picking or get my bushels of peaches, or 20-30 pounds of blueberries, and we can eat them without worrying about amking sure everyone gets their share. (I hate sharing my favorite fruits, but the kids do insists)
I understand how you feel, sharing isnt always a fun thing. I dont think I have ever seen 20 pounds of blueberries.
OH MY! we collect orders from friends and drive to lower MI and bring home usually 1000 lbs. Fills the van, we have to take the seats out. We have them all presold, so we make enough to cover transportation and the overnight stay. and they are delicious.
