no, no, not the movie
my sweeties car.
sitting in the driveway, undrivable for almost a week, as we thought that the alternator was going bye-bye. that means that it had to be day light when we drove it the 15 miles into town to the car clinic. Sweetie gets up at 4 am, and I had to drive him to work all last week, then with the kids schedules and my work schedule, I was driving to get him after dark again. I think I spent 4-5 hours on the road all last week. We finally get the car into town friday evening, just before the sun went down, and dropped it off at the car clinic.
Sweetie was off on Monday, but Tuesday I had to take him to work again, but by that evening the car clinic had called and said that car would be finished by afternoon the next day. So I called a friend to pick me up and take me to work, so I wouldn't have to take Sweetie to work in the morning, as there was a good chance he would be off work early. So the plan was for me to take my keys to work with me, and Sweetie would drop my van off and pick his up. All was going off as planned, except that I forgot to take my keys to work with me. I never even thought about those stupid keys until I walked out of work and saw my van sitting in the parking lot. Ugh. Sweetie was not happy with me, and for a while I thought he was going to refuse to bring me my keys. You'd have thought I forgot them on purpose.
On a side note, I simply cannot seem to get caught up on my sleep after last week. I don't think it's helping that my little guy Joey is sick and is sleeping with us right now. That child keeps growing too. the bed simply isn't big enough for him to sleep with us, so I guess thats why I don't sleep. Hmmmmm.
