That is horrible. they should be found and arested
Yeah, that's pretty nasty. Maybe it's surprising that it hasn't happened before--epilepsy is one thing that is actually succeptible to a long-range attack like that. I'm sure whoever did it thought it was a real hoot. Somebody needs to express their appreciation by taking him/her/them out back and breaking their arms.
As a boy I went through a period where I thought it was both fun and funny to nail passing cars with snowballs and roofing shingles. In hindsight I was ignorant and many other negative adjectives. Whoever hacked into the site and did that seems to have the same problem as I did, only more so. Losers like that make me look good by comparison, perhaps.
