When I grow up could you teach me how to make headers?

I don't know how much I can teach. You do well enough with your own art. However, if there is anything I can do to help, just let me know. I'll see what I can do.

I guess I just want to know where Online I can learn how to work on a header. I didn't find  the tips from Mindsay  easy to understand...

I'm afraid my advice won't help you. I do all my customization under Blog > Customize Design and make my header elsewhere or use a picture I've taken. Once, back in the beginning of my MindSay career, I created a real life header, scanned it and used that.
