"Shipmates, if you were thinking of buying this book from Amazon, please do so now as pre-sales perk the publishing folks up. The books will ship as early as this month. As my shipmate Smart Ken once put it, it’s like a hot girl who tells before your date to bring along a condom. (Actually, maybe it was Horny Ken who said that.) If you want a signed copy, it will cost about a few bucks more as they’re coming from an independent bookshop kind enough to traffic them (they’re in the process of creating a page just for the book, and I’ll post the link when it’s ready, or you can request a signed copy now in their comments box)."
I don't mind turning my blog into a billboard. It's a personal billboard anyway, no? I might as well help where I can help and stretch myself for others if I've ability. If you feel the same, maybe you can provide a link to Gus' page or to Amazon and throw a tag on your blog called "pirates". 'Cuz I'm thinking thinking it's all fair on the high seas.
