here's something funny. i went to a thrift store the other day and found a really lovely cream colored covered photo album/scrapbook thing. It's very old, probably from the 50s, and might be worth something but that doesn't matter to me, i got it for 50 cents. anyway, i picked it up and looked through the pages, which are kind of like construction paper and thought, that would be a great sketchbook.

and wouldn't it be a kick in the ass to have it be a book of monsters, looking as freaking pretty and delicate as it does.

i definitely will. i realized after i posted that that i might have a problem because all the pages are black and not white, but i can make it work, a la project runway.

of course, the colouring of my 'serenity' tapestry is taking FOREVER, so who knows when this might happen.

I loved the monster pic you drew that I yoinked.......it was up on the band's myspace but as I took the song 'monster' off, the picture is sadly no longer up either......I kept meaning to get the monster put on a tshirt......must do that
